Which cycle and when they 'they' arrive? The folks who bought in at 0.02+ as the U price was increasing?
Imo (see, I give opinions as opposed to stating unsubstantiated facts), there seems to be a few investors/companies in this sector who misread the cycle.
Take ASEAN for example. They were loading up in the high 0.01's. Meanwhile, there fund return has under-performed the market. Indeed, it has year on year negative returns. I wonder what the flow of funds are like there...
Some U companies, BOE for example, released announcements last year re: restart strategy when the spot breaks $30. Meanwhile, the spot has retraced 20%.
