Hi T,
Looking at the shareholder base change of 30% and completion of the DFS around the corner - I think that a few parties maybe interested in the equity side of Tiris, its likely board participation would follow - this would be positive for alignment of interests and perhaps mitigate some of Growlers points which have merit.
Most 15% shareholders would expect Board participation - Asean isnt far off that level.
