All, Keep in mind that a vote of NO could jeopardise the company. In a normal vote I doubt the patrons on HC will have much impact on the final outcome but due to the exclusions of significant shareholders this may cause some interesting results.
From the notice of general meeting document. Page 2, "General information" Paragraph 5.
"If Shareholders do not approve the Resolutions, the Recapitalisation Proposal will not be implemented and this may lead to the Company being placed into liquidation. In those circumstances, it is unlikely that there will be any return to, or any ongoing economic interest remaining for, Shareholders."
If the company is liquidated there is no opportunity of any thing other than have a tax event (Likely a LOSS). If the company stays afloat then it has the slim potential of doing something - how likely or unlikely that potential is who knows.
We are definitely caught between a rock and a hard place. If someone has 1,200,000 shares and is carrying a 55000 loss so far and puts in a bit of cash under the offer (4,800,000 @0.001 =$4800) then the incremental loss (if things don't work) is not much more ie $59800. It not like SH are being asked to buy $50000 worth. IT is definitely NOT A WISE investment strategy but it allows all shareholders a potential for an "opportunity" vs "no opportunity".
Please do your due diligence before doing anything. Don't approve or invest if you are not comfortable gambling now for a chance in future.
