If left to ASX/ASIC to do real investigation and mete out any punishment deserved would be funny.
Just need them to initiate an investigation so the REAL law enforcement people can and will do the job of bringing justice.
As a former law enforcement personnel, I understand that an offence or complaint needs to lodged so a file can be opened and work started.
Whatever the outcome of the voting, I will seek ASX and ASIC for this so the matter can be referred to the relevant state, federal and overseas police and justice departments to do their work.
