I think we all know what will happen and who will be involved.

The majority have not/cannot think this through. The board have played their hand well by letting the minds of the impatient run riot.

On the barest of information and with plentiful unanswered questions, too many in are too much haste to sign away what they have and own right now. They have all convinced themselves they have no choice. Once it's done that's it, it can't be undone. Then they'll see what having no choice really means.
