The meeting has several facets.
1) To get shareholder approval for the last CR including approval for related parties (directors) to participate at 1 cent as well.
2)a series of things related to buying Wizard Lake from PLX, paying them money, issuing them shares and details on the timelines of the various parts of the transaction.
3) The snouty bit where we issue options to the directors at a price of 1.6 cents.
Meeting is on at 8.30am Monday, February 24 th.
Options should be well in the money by then.
