Yes and someone purchased a really solid chunk of it this morning 186k in one purchase. I'd be feeling pretty nervous going into close with 1.1, this buyer may loose patience and buy the lot on close. This sort of buying suggests that finance is just around the corner!!!! Yehaaa!!!
