Same old story, raise $5,000,000 on relisting, then see the cash gradually eroded with fees/salaries/etc

The listing comes under the control of  "brokers and sophisticated"  investors.

The concept is promoted and more than likely in due course runs out of cash -  then the next idea arrives from a new group of  entrepreneurs
