Agree, the devil will be in the detail of this 'in kind' payment system to board (& management?). It will tell you a lot about the interests/agenda of those driving the company.
All things being equal & legit agree it should stay in trading range as a significant catalyst doesn't appear around the corner & on the positive side the business appears to be stabilising if not shooting the lights out. This stock is also typically thinly traded (outside the recent MB on market purchase & Director off market trade).
Ditto re branding/name change.
