This is excellent news. It addresses some big concerns investors may have around Director remuneration (paid in shares), CEO incentives(she deserves this) and the big one - putting this all under the MG branding umbrella in light of the momentum around the brand (i think it makes big sense) - plus the business as usual operating update. Options for the new Chairman with his network is probably vital but not sure what dilutive power this may have on the shareholder equity.
Question is whether there would be enough alpha (growth) versus other stocks competing for investments.
Company in best shape it has ever been. Reconsidering my re-entry points - market in general is over heated short term so could offer LON at decent price in coming days/weeks
