These guys don't need a cap raise.I ffeel like Hopkins knows this and I feel he does want to build shareholder confidence.
SoSo I think he would be wise to avoid a cap raiseUnless itit was clearly outlined to really boost us along to some immediate goals quickly as in almost instantly.
