I don't see this in shareholders interest at all, increased remuneration packages (up to $750k PA now + millions of shares + bonus), which will put the expenses to the roof and decrease net profit!!

Do I think its fair? NO!
SHs believed in this story and been keeping it alive for years, while many walked away and management didn't buy that much off market!
So looking after us too would be nice for a change!

Not happy with the announcement in general, but it is what it is, and it definitely puts shareholders interest last, if at all!
Would have preferred if this was announced after we have some sales at least!

Anyway I understand management want to look after themselves too, and non of this will change the fact that its a matter of time (6-18 months I believe) before .06 cents becomes a fraction of the SP or even a dividend, and this announcement makes it clear management are 100% confident of that too (so they must know whats coming and they know its coming soon!)...
