Have any fellow holders put in their votes (or just gonna let it slide by)?
Many here prove to be strong backers of SPT with decent DYOR depth and keeping on top it as its playing out, as evident in your posts, but unless I missed some chat I have not caught any thoughts / talk about the resolutions & voting etc (be it for / against / abstain) ?
Should I proxy (if so to whom) or personally vote on each resolution? Having confidence in the management and the SPT "round table" my feeling is to follow their lead and be in favour of all resolutions.
I myself admit to not being a savvy investor who can shed light on this but would be keen to here from the more sophisticated and educated of the bunch we have here.
