    Approx 200m in escrow

    Another 50m of shares associated with directors

    so approx 250m could be bought back.

    With $10m to do buyback you could buy;

    200m at 5 cents
    181.8m at 5.5cents
    166.67m at 6 cents

    Point being that if they do actually spend the $10m then you will be able to tender all your shares into the buyback as there will not be enough shares on issue.

    Buying around 4.2c is a sure 20% + return over 3 months.
