1. I still can't believe the shortfall options are being underwritten as it massively adds to the dilution. These are meant to be solely for existing holders. A lot of smaller holders won't even bother sending off the small payment required but when enough do this, the underwriter quickly ends up with a very large amount of options. Something stinks about this
