I don't agree with the incentive options at all.
They could buy some shares on the market now and it would give the market a whole heap of confidence that management is happy with the direction of the company.
They are drilling at the moment with shareholders money and then want to get cheap shares if they find something.
I think if they are going to give this sort of bonus it should at least be 50 cents not just 10 cents which is only double. The company has just had a major consolidation and has a very low market cap so it is obvious if they have a substantial discovery the share price will surge.
Just my opinion but i don't like it at all.
