No thats not the case at all. exercise price is 1.2c / 24c (after consolidation), which means that the owners of the options can convert their options into shares after one year if the price is over that point. It does not mean the company is only confident that the shares will go over 1.2c, it only means that the directors will not be able to exchange them if they drop below that point.
Executive director pay-rise is good. 150k for a large company is too low. 250k is more reasonable. Personally it would be an issue if the number was something like 500k-1mill. That would be way to high.
