Hmm. Call me suspicious and paranoid but don’t understand why they need to have this done right now. This could have easily waited until the next AGM . Why go thru the cost and time of a special General Meeting. Changes to Proportional Take-over clauses, distributions to shareholders, etc./??
If it is just administrative changes then why can’t they wait until the next AGM ? Something’s brewing. Or maybe I am just too suspicious.
