Been thinking about this since I got the notice and I think that they have been fielding offers. Two things seem logical :
1. The core of their business is action sports and street wear.
2. FXD does not fit. Absolutely great brand but is the only one that does not fit with the rest of the business.
So, my wild guess is that they will sell FXD and distribute the proceeds to shareholders (that is why they need to make these changes). Then the rest of the business is very attractive to buyers of action sports and streetwear.
