    OK, thanks.

    An area of increased costs will be assembling a workforce from near scratch, the usual substantial employment costs, training etc; and hoping the current reported shortage in all areas doesn't affect their ability to assemble something like what they once had going. What about JB, is he still around?

    They're unlucky, but so are all the others in a similar position including one that I looked at last year in RXM. They all need finance, they all have great projects...
