Quoting admin costs as an argument to suggest there won't be cost increases in a (hopeful) producer is a masterstroke!
Pushing the line that finance will come in under 10% in recessionary like environment with inflation running rampant and credit tightening is admirable, say it often enough and some will believe you, maybe you'll even believe it yourself. A lot has changed since the Restart Study.
