Imo it is not clear either. They should be more transparent about this. There is only one way we should be voting if the setting looks stinky. They already have permission to use the remaining stock that wasn't taken up in the entitlement. That's what you have Barry. Not happy with the SP? Do something about it.
Can't wait until the re-election vote. Might be a job for the snake charmers. The project is good, the team is a cooked goose.
