Potentials need definition. We are asked to vote on selling the principal activity asset, presumably because we can’t afford to retain/develop it. There is not much money left over as far as I can ascertain, no more than$2m say. There is no definitive forward plan, just a nebulous “focus on Sacramento”. Things need to be tightened up IMO starting with a definitive project, financing and a timeline. Then we might see some significant movement in the SP. I am hoping we see some movements on these fronts soon, preferably before the egm.
