    At this end of ASX - these sort of deals always occur and retail investors need to accept them as part of the risks

    When one is desperate for survival - anyone risking capital needs further enticements etc

    Voting this down will be a disaster - as one does not bite the hand that feeds them

    Without the $5m Cr - it would have most likely been game over already or a massive CR at much lower rates etc

    Imagine trying to do another CR - after all trust has been lost
