You make some good points around the recycling needs going forward but I don't see this puppy making the grade. For a start that dilution you mentioned is staggering - shares issued over the last 12 months top 37% - and it ain't recoverable IMO. Add to that a market cap of sub USD10M and it's an unattractive vehicle for institutional investors other that the bottom dwellers already on board. I just don't see that the reserves are there to fund growth and all the hoo ha around recycling contracts is just that - any real meaningful income is longer term in that space.
