Well written and articulated statement. It provides more context / details that SHs were not privy to. The manner of PVL intentions do seem highly unethical and suspect. PER should remain a drug development company and the current BOD are better candidates than what PVL is offering. As Motors stated, if I wanted to invest in a Financial stock, PVL would be an option - although it is not very attractive to be very candid.
I intend to vote against the resolutions and stick with current BOD.
