My thoughts are more focused on 'at what stage' the bonus is payable, ratherthan 'how much' (although offering extremely high value bonuses would bereckless IMO). Regard/Respect for the shareholder needs to be taken intoaccount when issuing both milestone and performance benefits. Otherwise bonusesfrom a company of which we own part of, are being handed out for effectivelynegative return to date. If there had been consideration to the SHs, then thebonus/milestone would have been tied to sustained SP value. In which case SHswould be in positive territory when bonuses/milestones from our company arehanded out!!
It seems there exists a thought pattern of management, that when adding assetsto a company’s portfolio, that company’s SP will automatically appreciate, thuskeeping its investors happy … not so likely these days … it seems. Perhaps onceupon a time ...
Instead, currently the SP is really dismal and our holdings are watered downdue to the SUBSTANTIAL bonus/milestone.
And currently, for what ... I can see the future potential, that's why I stateBUY ... But that is exactly when the bonus/milestone should be given 'in thefuture when the SP has appreciated for the work they have done'. (Perhapsstaggered as someone else mentioned, but I think you get my drift.)
Ona a different note … the SP has been killed by IMO foolish investors whocan't see or understand the potential of this company over their willingnessand falling over each other, to get out. They had buyers buying at above $0.026and who knows how much would have been paid by investors wanting to get in hadit been left to run? Adding the recent HPA scoping study to the overall PFS andthe result is extremely impressive.
Why sell into it and kill it all the way back down to $0.018?! Go Figure.
(Unless of course the selling is more to do with suppression and manipulation, than just old SHs wanting to get out of the stock)
Either way, they have robbed themselves as well as long term SHs of profit/value ... isn't that why they bought in the first place ... Profit or value? A major opportunity has gone missing for all. Today’s price, lack of movement and few tradesconfirms this last point.

I agree on all counts !
When are we going to see an announcement saying change in “substantial holder?
Or was it mostly traded by traded by big holders and kept down and they are still accumulating more stock?
