not sure if your maths is right, out of the deferred consideration shares was Pearce ( same numbers as Downie and Matheson, the original qpm shareholders) he doesn't appear to have put a 603 form in and then shriver nominees who ever they are.
also if inclined have a look at what shares each of these groups have bought on market, always a good check on how engaged people are
