I agree with mbomb regarding Matheson, pretty sure he isn't a director and these shares to him are probably in consideration for the initial QPM acquisition into PM1.
However I tend to agree with NCCC re: consideration-performance milestones awarded to the PM1 directors. The point of these 'performance' shares is just that - performance. IMO performance relates to the SP, this is the primary measure of success .... Isn't it?
A company can prove up, buy, state anything it wants to, but if any of the work done by directors, staff or contractors does not increase the SP, then the company on behalf of its shareholders has actually NOT performed .... Has it?
I too am bullish on PM1, but considering my holding just got water down by 116,630,000 shares (24%ish) for no increase in share value! (Basis for that comment: Share price in November fluctuated between $0.018 to $0.021 - prior to PFS announcement - Today's trading price is $0.019).
So IMO a performance share handout at this stage has been well premature ... Yes? After all, the directors have now received their bonus (which is on top of their normal salary for doing their job) of 29,935,033 (current value at $0.019 = $568,765) whilst SH have not. All IMO.
