See attached. Great read over the points. Management had the best interest of Pan shareholders.
IGO held almost 4% of Pan before moving in.
No cheap takeover now or in the future in my opinion. IGO knows not to try another opportunistic move and several protections should be in place to obtain a valuation in the best interest of shareholders.
