Cannot agree more! Once the money people, CE, Gina, etc., gain a blocking holding in a company, there is no incentive to develop the asset until further down the track, when price and demand of rock increases. They don't need Capital Growth/SP increase in these companies, but the money comes when they sell the product to market.
It also become easy for them to manipulate the SP to suit there needs, either up or down.
The retail investors are pretty much stuffed when they come along.
