    the only thing I can think about; is that the only reason the stock traded down to 6 cents was the Rights Issue. When it was announced the stock was trading above or close to 10 cents, Therefore it was a discount to existing shareholders. It was sot relative to current trading at all.

    The charts cant tell every story.
