Well that Substantial Notice changes things somewhat doesn't it!
A 19% position to kick the meeting off trumps Mr Baum's 6% (or whatever he owns) - with lots of room to spare! I can't see Baum having much other shareholder support and Anderson (the Chairman) holds no shares at all. Suggest you guys stand up, leave your Board papers where they sit and follow the exit signs from the Board room now before you get horribly embarrassed. Don't let the door hit you in the ar5e on your way out!
