I would imagine that, given the 203D & 249F notices, and the MD's admission of his mistake, that the SP will fall further, giving this powerful group even more incentive to change the management.
I hope that, given the egocentric nature of these businesses, there is a viable candidate capable of stepping in and picking up the reigns.
p.s. don't forget to confirm the mandatory 40% reduction in the MD's salary for the non-performance dating back to the 15th November!
