Wouldn’t quite go that far, but does look to have stabilised in ST - perhaps the worst is over? If you believe in the LT fundamentals, as I do, it is certainly worth a punt, or wait for $1.645 resistance to be cleared and/or the (upturning) 20 DMA to cross above the 50 DMA for a bit more security... could be a powerful move out of the falling wedge pattern if and when it arrives:
