I doubt if the EC would want to take it private!
He is currently on a contract through to 2025 for a base salary of a $626,808 package - per year!
There is no activity.
There are many profitable companies around where the CEO and other senior figures earn substantially less than our EC.
Even though he may wish to take it private, with the annual income he receives (plus perks I am sure) why would you give it up?
There are also substantial tax losses that can be utilised.
It would be much better being sold as a shell company than in its current format - for the benefit of the owners - read shareholders!.
To each his own.
