i have a trustee company that
* is trustee for an smsf
* is trustee for a unit trust which owns a property
* owns shares in its own name

chin nominees could be any one of those 3

look at any number of T20 lists & you will often see after the name of the (trustee) company an account designator - eg <******** super fund a/c>

that is normal where the shares are held for an smsf so you don’t know for sure that Chin Nominees is holding the shares for an smsf

indeed they could be holding for someone else - we will never know
