the they summ spend is not important the % over 5 % is important as often it leads to accumulation up to 20% and corporate play.

Can have a strategic impact on both companies.

1. CHN has huge resource in ground but will have to dilute a lot to move to exploration

2. OAU also have huge resource relative to OAU market value and is facing dilution funding the progress with one qualifier that shallow high grade resource may be explored for lesser relative cost

3.For CHIN would make sense to take over OAU for relatively low dilution and then use OAU high grade shallow resource to generate capital require to explore their huge resource
