This is the final lap of the race of time..used up all the capacity 25% for the CR and putting back the 1.2mil into company which will expense it out for litigation and admin cost next quarter..left to right. Company runs out of cash..no funds to pay overhead cost... and cant start new business as no working capital. There is a loan outstanding about 1.2mil incl interest..which may need more money to repay if not idsb assets will be auction off to 3rd party ....imo
