Well if u compare with the value of idsb for 825k...this is just small change.. investment for clee.. in order to sell the equity of idsb..someone need to control it till april when loan is expired and not payment make...then the equity will be sold to the financier for 825k..valuation of 14mil..sweet deal i believe...imo..dyor
