my guess that clee had no choice ..a lot sharholders is waking up from his enrichment programme..where no other sophiscated investor are willing to put more money into his scheme..he had no choice to put his own money into the bucket since it was announced last month and the share prices did not.pump at all after the banking announcement. His plan had goes sideways as there is no followers in the share trading from the daily volume. Futher the company is continue burning cash fast approx 500k a month...for next 6 mnths i foresee. Now clee is biggest shareholder then Finran itself..it does not make sense when the lead manager for the raise become a single largest shsreholder overnight. ..dyor
