well imo only its better SP buy their shares than not. Anyway I finally listened to the questions including Fred Barts questions/suggestions. This is one weird co that even after 20 years in the sharemarket and 20 years in business/manufacturing has me stumped.
In short I still agree with the decisions of EOS regarding spacelink.But not enough was said regarding if 4 meo satellites can be launched in 24 months and be operational or at what stage it becomes not possible .then other options etc.. Having said that as per AGM,they paid $10m for Audacy,the allocation of spectrum is the largest allocation of spectrum to any co,its basically all western meo spectrum. As per Barts question? how could a co commit to a $1.2b project when u have no money.? Reply imo only how could u not,airbus and SES have invested tens of billions in their meo satellites.. TPG in Australia paid a record $1b plus for some 850mgz of spectrum,compare to eos paying $10m for 64% of all global meo spectrum. The only question I have is 'why can't eos find an investor for even the US1.2b constellation not to mention the $280m reduce meo constellation cost and considering the Australian govt has commited $80m. Ben mumbled something about the US govt will pay its share. But even forget the govts,EOS brings to the table all meo spectrum,refer TPG spectrum purchase etc other telco spectrum,why is there no interest from any US prime including elon. Or as posted ,the FCC and US security agency now want the spectrum back and broken up between 2 or 3 primes.
