I have been a user of MS and HF over the last three years or more, although the last year mainly MS. I tend to order for a period of 5 weeks then switch it off for a couple of weeks, 3 or 4 and then come back. I also use other premade meal services... mymuscle chef etc.... i always find myself coming back to MS for the convenience.... i am not a foodie and without a receipe i am hopeless in the kitchen and have no desire to be better....even so, after a couple weeks of other premade meals and i feel like i need a freshly cooked meal hence back to MS. I dont know if i am a typical user of the service.... i think their offering is great....i have even closed the account a few times but quickly n easily reactivate.... not sure what sort of customer id be classified as but i keep ciming back
