160m are mile stone payments for vendor .
Check you gen meeting paper work it tells you who the vendors are.
This shit needs to be cleared so people understand ctr better.
I had the same view as most , but with Ivan and I communicating with management cleared it all up for us
Don't have to stress about rrs taking us out. Not that these crazy prices anyway
