    It's a legal nuance but the meeting was called under S 249F of the Corps Act. This means the requisitioning shareholders are responsible for holding the meeting.

    If the meeting had been called under S 249D then the Company would be responsible for holding the meeting within the time frames specified by the Corps Act.
