But who called the meeting? Had to have been a major holder so I'm thinking Oceanic Capital and so if this move has the backing and blessing of major holders it's quite possible that directors accept their fate and step aside or they could chose to fight it and take it to a meeting but just highlighting it's equally as possible they step aside and then Klaus and others are appointed rather quickly

Irrespective of how that plays out I keep coming back to the fact that the other 2 stocks with Oceanic Capital were no 1 holders in CDV and BCN were both 10 baggers from the lows

Now I'm not saying this automatically means ARD will be a Disallowed from the lows I'm simply highlighting some past investment performances of there's where they've been the largest holder in and when you combine that with the moves by Klaus who coincidentally I note has today sold down his holdings in his current main play AVZ

Could be a coincidence or maybe he's getting ready for his next play? I find the timing of the announcements interesting
