Hi CRV
Yes I recieved a letter in the mail and after being shunted between computer share and TSV for a total of 90 minutes on the phone I am no further forward. The last call to computer share put me through to a pleasant Asian sounding lady who after 22 minutes on the phone assured me as my holding was a marketable parcel they would not be sold, upon which I told her that the letter said that it was considered as a non marketable parcel and would be sold. She then said she would have to check with someone else and after I had been on the phone for 29 minutes the line cut out with no call back. I had a similar response from TSV. I know this seems a minor issue but surely it's not rocket science to get the cut off point correct.
