I've always had the opinion that we need to pursue another market (e.g., stroke or TBI). IMO, IIH is not large enough to appeal to the wider public and attract the big pharma we want.
They have hinted at this a couple of times. I wouldn't be surprised if they announced plans to initiate a trial in another indication this year or early next - once they have sorted out the FDA/EMA harmonisation issue.
