100% thats what they have accounted for. Hence they have enough to go all the way and no further funds needed.
The other thing is at that stage of the phase 3 trials (say after 1 trial) I expect the share price to be north of $2 and if thats the case even if they wanted to raise say $30 million itll only be the issue of 15 million shares at $2 which is stuff all in terms of dilution especially if someone like tattarang takes up majority of the placement.
