I think a contributing factor to the lack of liquidity is due to how closely-held this stock seems to be, based at 22 Sept 2015:

Karl Redenbach had 109,687,638 shares (29.2%)
Peter Nguyen-Brown had 969,37,638 shares (25.82%)
Rhipe Limited had 24,469,224 shares (6.52%)

Between those 3 they have close to 62% of the stock. No doubt Matt Brown has a chunk also. Heard Regal were in this also. Doesn't seem like anyone is in any rush particularly with all the news and deals in the pipeline.
